Not references. Three precise situations, each with its date, its figure, and what I had believed first.
Technical consulting
Twenty-one machines on a network of twelve. The system table had returned nothing on that pass; two minutes later everything was fine. I first looked for why the probe had failed. Wrong question - what mattered was what the program concluded from the silence.
AI integration
A synthetic voice read « Nummer 41. » and said « Nr. 1 »: in German a figure followed by a full stop is an ordinal. Seven automatic checks reread that course. None of them listened to what the sound SAYS. The client heard it.
Software architecture
Ten thousand bookings, three different counts of the same thing. First pass: 287 double bookings, a project you postpone. They were shadows the system created itself. Third pass: 9, on 3 904 real stays. One afternoon’s work.

An example rather than an argument. Every test green, and one screen showing text at 1.28 to 1. Unreadable. Three code reviews missed it. Measuring found it at once. The tool that caught it is on this site.

A complete course on its own platform: you read, you listen, you answer - and what you write and record is corrected by a trainer, not by a machine. At the end of each level, a certificate of preparation that anyone can verify.

Few engagements, in slots agreed in advance. If yours needs continuous availability or on-call duty, I will say so straight away.
